If you find a comparable piece of equipment anywhere in Canada at a lower price, call us.  WE WILL BEAT THE PRICE.  There are a few conditions; Please read the conditions below before calling.  We assume when you call about our BEST PRICE GUARANTEE you are ready to buy.  So please have your method of payment ready.

CONDITIONS:

• Major Tire Machine reserves the right to determine if a piece of equipment is actually comparable.  We're sure your saying that's a get out of jail free card, but some companies are selling lesser capacity equipment claiming they are equivalent to ours.  We can usually still beat their price.  Call us.  We will know if the product is comparable.  We will be fair and honest and expect the same from you.
• The best price guarantee is all inclusive.  It is the final invoice price, excluding shipping or taxes, we guarantee to beat.  After all, that's all you really care about.
• If we ask, you should provide the name of the company selling you the equipment, the brand name and model number.  We also may require a written quote from our competitor.
• This guarantee covers all tire equipment. Only new equipment is applicable.  We will not match prices of used equipment.
• This guarantee does not cover any auctions won on eBay.  If you purchase through eBay, the price match guarantee is not applicable.  Prices on our website or any other advertising medium are subject to change without notice. 
• When you call about the BEST PRICE GUARANTEE we will ask your name.  The BEST PRICE GUARANTEE is only good the first time you call.  If you do not buy your equipment at that time, we will not honor the BEST PRICE GUARANTEE.

Lift Gate Service

All Major brand tire equipment now comes with free lift gate service at delivery.  The trucking company will come to your location and lower the tire equipment to the ground for you.  We give you this free of charge to help make your purchase of Major brand tire equipment worry free.

Please note, the truck driver will charge you extra to take equipment inside your building or garage.

ISO 9001 and CE Certification

Our tire machines, and other shop equipment are built in factories that carry ISO9001 Quality Certification.  This is the internationally accepted quality control standard.  ISO9001 is overseen by an independent third party with no vested interest in the company seeking certifications.  Our products also carry the CE mark.  This is a mandatory safety mark and ensures that your products are tested and safe. 

Major Tire Machine routinely pulls random equipment from our inventory for inspection.  We check to make sure all components are included.  We then install tire machines, and other shop equipment and run a series of pre-determined tests.

Shipping

With many years of experience working with freight companies, Major Tire Machine will offer you the best shipping rates and services.

Many companies will offer nothing more than the standard freight services. Major Tire Machine understands that some shipments are time-sensitive or require other special services. In addition to standard service, we offer the following shipping services:

• Guaranteed on specific date.  Extra Costs Apply/
• Lift Gate delivery.
• Residential delivery. Extra Costs Apply
• Construction site delivery.  Extra Costs Apply
• Terminal pick-up.

These services may incur additional fees.

Your freight will be delivered in a 48 foot long semi-truck and box trailer.  Please be sure that this size truck can gain access to your delivery point.  If truck cannot gain access to your delivery point, you will need to make other arrangements with the freight company.  You will need a forklift, tractor, or backhoe to unload your automotive equipment. You can also pick-up your shop equipment at the terminal and haul it on your personal trailer. Driver is not required to help you unload your product.  The driver's job is to drive the truck.  You must unload the product from the truck.  Driver is not required to come on to your residence if he feels it is dangerous to him, his truck, or your property.  Our freight companies can ship anywhere in Canada.

If you live outside Canada, any shipping costs quoted do not include the following: customs clearance, duties, taxes, storage charges for freight held in bond, inspection charges, brokerage fees, or any other cost assessed by your respective country. Major Tire Machine recommends you employ the services of a customs broker to clear your automotive equipment with your country.

Customers are responsible for arranging any delivery appointments with the trucking company.  The truck driver will only deliver to the address on the delivery receipt (the driver has no authorization to change delivery address).  All products must be delivered to a physical address.  Please note that Major Tire Machine does not own or operate the delivery trucks.  Customer can arrange an appointment for delivery.  Please note that the driver will not call you when he is at the location or just before arriving.  His job is to deliver, not to call each customer.  The appointment you make will be the drivers and your guide as to when he will be there.

The following locations are considered to be limited access areas and may require special equipment or special circumstances for delivery. The freight companies may charge extra to deliver to these areas. Customer is responsible for all extra charges to these areas. Please refer to our policies page for more information.

• Residence, any location that has a living residence on site
• Farms
• Schools
• Construction sites
• Trade shows
• State parks
• Government locations with restricted access
• Islands
