Bought 2 sets of tire machine and balancer from Matthew for multiple locations. they been working great for over 5 years with no issues. Matthew is a great business owner with his kindness and customer service. I did refer few friends to get the same machine and they were extremely happy with Major brand.

I have seven different locations that I use major tire machines ,their service is fantastic ,they’re always available for parts. Their machines are great and reliable at a decent price. Highly recommend to anyone, especially to anyone with multiple locations.

We had problem with our tire changer this winter tire season. Call "Major Tire Changer" and they came to fix the machine for free. I thought I need to pay for the fix because it's out of warranty already. They told me there is a parts upgrade from manufacture. Best and honest customer service!

Bought our machines from Jim 6 years ago and they are still running great. Always answers the phone when we have questions about repairing small or big issues. He knows the machine inside and out and has all the parts in stock. Cheers from Montreal! Keep up good work

First off awesome machine, most importantly the service is amazing. These guy care about their customer and do their best to help them whether its training, questions or parts. i purchased a lt-3950a machine from hitin canada and had it installed from them james did a amazing job with install gave us a demo on all modes and trick on machine very professorial and courteous guy and it works amazing very well built machine for the price i replaced my hoffman machine with this one thanks james for the quick service i would recommend them to anyone
