Tire Changer LT-3980S

Our flagship tire changer machine with dual assist arms makes changing even run flat tires almost effortless. The tire changer LT-3980S is a tilt back style machine capable of 14-28” inside clamping and 12-26” outside clamping with built in bead blaster and up to 43” overall wheel diameters. Max wheel width is 15”. Each assist arm of this tirehas a following arm and lifting disc, right side arm also has roller wheel to aid M/Demount head during install and can be used instead of bar and M/Demount head to remove final tire assembly from wheel simply tilt tower back and slide roller under tire to almost rim edge. Lift roller slowly while rotating table to remove tire. Dual lifting discs makes prying first bead of a run flat or low profile tires considerably easier. Simply apply lift to the tire with discs after bar is inserted into the tire then pry bead over M/Demount head. The lift on the tire (via discs) aids in prying upper bead of tire. Front wheel elevator is optional. Machine is powered via 110 volt 1.5 H.P. motor with maximum torque to change the toughest of tires with ease and compressed air max air pressure is 150 psi. Foot valves are aluminum (not plastic) for long maintenance free life.
Extra accessories come complimentary with plastic clamping jaws protective covers, mount/demount head inserts, polymer mount/demount head, Clip-on inflation with gauge, bead shovel foot, and bead pry bar.
Optional clamping adaptors expand this tire changer workable on motorcycle and ATV tire and wheel assemblies.

Tire Balancer CB-5567, Automatic, Professional Grade

Wheel Balancer CB-5567 features our auto ruler measurement system. User simply slides ruler up to wheel rim and the CB-5567 wheel balancer will automatically enter the ruler distance to wheel rim as well as rim diameter in one quick step. Then user must simply measure and enter wheel width then close hood or press start button to start measurement cycle. A key feature with our ruler auto measure system is how easily Alum S mode wheel measurements are entered. User simply holds ruler at inner stick/clip weight position and presses enter, a beep is heard then user continues to slide ruler to outer stick weight position, hold for 2 seconds a second beep is heard. Return ruler and close hood or press start to begin measurement cycle. Exact weight positions are measured for ultimate accuracy and quick balance of the wheel assembly. For placement of stick weights, the weight is clipped into the end of the ruler and stuck into position using built in pressing block on the end of the ruler. The wheel balancer display will also count down to user pre-programmed position as ruler is extended into wheel to insure exact placement of stick weights. The wheel balancer CBL-5567 also can split and hide weights behind the spokes of aluminum wheels using the Alum S mode. The wheel balancer CB-5567 also features a laser pointer as well as foot brake for added convenience when placing weights. Balance up to 28” rim diameters as well as light truck including dual rear wheel assemblies with included light truck main shaft flange expansion ring and light truck cones included. Main shaft wheel weight capacity is 145 pounds. The wheel balancer CB-5567 also shows the static imbalance value in dynamic mode to aid the user in eliminating any vibration from the wheel assembly. If a high static imbalance is found after balancing the wheel in dynamic mode the user can at the press of a button switch to static mode and eliminate the static imbalance which avoids comebacks. Wheel assemblies can be mounted either cone inside with included spring and plastic bowl, or cone from outside wheel rim. Included accessories are: wheel weight pliers, a 4-cone car/light truck set including light truck flange adapter, rim width caliper measurement tool, quick nut for quick easy installation/removal of the wheel assembly and self calibration weight.

With many years of experience working with freight companies, we have negotiated discounted shipping rate for our customers. Your address must be physical. You can get the shipping quote after adding item in cart and filling in your address. We will be glad to send you a shipping quote if it is not available online for some spots.

Pickup at our warehouse (Scarborough, Ontario), or shipping company terminals are available.

Customers are responsible for arranging any delivery appointments with the trucking company.  The truck driver will only deliver to the address on the delivery receipt (the driver has no authorization to change delivery address).  All products must be delivered to a physical address.  Please note that Major Tire Machine does not own or operate the delivery trucks.  Customer can arrange an appointment for delivery.  Please note that the driver will not call you when he is at the location or just before arriving.  His job is to deliver, not to call each customer.  The appointment you make will be the drivers and your guide as to when he will be their.

Automotive Lifts are too heavy and too large for a lift gate to handle. The trucking companies will not deliver your auto lift with a lift gate. The trucking companies will deliver tire changers, tire balancers, wheel balancers, and other garage equipment that is shipped on a standard size pallet with lift gate service at the request of the customer. This cost is not included in the normal shipping quote and may be charged in addition. Customer is responsible for this cost.

The following locations are considered to be limited access areas and may require special equipment or special circumstances for delivery. The freight companies may charge extra to deliver to these areas. Customer is responsible for all extra charges to these areas. Please refer to our policies page for more information.
