AUTHORIZED RETURNS All returns must be applied with 7 days of receipt of merchandise and have to be authorized by our service representatives. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for merchandise returned to Hitin Canada for reasons other than warranty. In addition to the above restocking charge, customers are also responsible for any and all applicable shipping charges incurred by Hitin Canada on return shipment. Credits will be issued only after we have received the product and inspected it. Returned merchandise and its packaging must be in original condition.

CANCELLATIONS Orders cancelled before shipping out are subject to a fee of 50 dollars (Canadian funds) per order.
