Tire Changer LT-3950

Description:

Tire Changer LT-3950 is a classic swing arm rim clamp style tire machine which features integrated table bead blast system for seating the most stubborn of beads, and is capable of rim sizes from 15-28” internal clamping, 13-26” outside clamping. Bead blast storage tank is built into tower for maximum capacity and space efficiency. This Tire Changer Machine is powered via 110 volt 1.5 H.P. motor with maximum torque to change the toughest of tires with ease and compressed air max air pressure is 145 psi. Foot valves are aluminum (not plastic) for long maintenance free life.

Compared to the LC-3810, Tire Changer LT-3950 has a 4” larger table (28”), built in table bead blast system, foot pedal tire inflation/bead blast, overall larger/taller tower to accommodate wider/larger diameter wheel rims. Also includes 1 plastic Mount/Demount head in accessories box.

Included in accessories box 1 plastic M/Demount head, pry bar, air regulator/oil lubricator, soap brush, plastic jaw covers for outside clamping delicate wheels, side plastic protection inserts, bottom flat plastic protection inserts, (contact points of steel Mount/Demount head).

Add the simple assist arm AL-340 for even more versatility making low profile size tires easier to change including capability of outside rim clamping of low profile tires when used in conjunction with the rim clamp stepping function found in all of our tire machines. Simply half click foot pedal during jaw opening and jaws will stop in that position. A measurement Gage engraved into the table aids in perfect position of rim clamps for rim pressing into jaws then simply lightly press pedal to slowly close rim clamps and fully press to lock.

This tire machine is ready to upgrade to higher end machines by adding assist helper arms.

By adding the assist helper AL-310, it becomes tire changer LT-3950A,which has a right side helper arm; then adding helper AL-330, it becomes tire machine LT-3950S, which has both right and left sides helper arms.

Optional clamping adapters expand this tire changer workable on motorcycle and ATV tire and wheel assemblies.  

Wheel Balancer CB-3550

Description:

wheel balancer CB-3550 is our entry level wheel balancer. User must manually input ruler distance to wheel rim, wheel rim width and diameter using the keypad and measurement tools provided. It features dynamic/static balancing modes as well as 3 standard aluminum modes and aluminum S mode for quick accurate balancing of wheel assemblies using stick on weights without chasing. (machine constantly keeps asking for more weight with each spin). Balance up to 28” rim diameters as well as most light truck including dual rear wheel assemblies with included light truck main shaft flange expansion ring and light truck cones included. Main shaft wheel weight capacity is 145 pounds. The wheel balancer CB-3550 also shows the static imbalance value in dynamic mode to aid the user in eliminating any vibration from the wheel assembly. If a high static imbalance is found after balancing the wheel in dynamic mode the user can at the press of a button switch to static mode and eliminate the static imbalance which avoids comebacks. Wheel assemblies can be mounted either cone inside with included spring and plastic bowl or cone from outside wheel rim. wheel balancer CB-3550 Includes accessories: wheel weight pliers, a 4-cone car/light truck set including light truck flange adapter, rim caliper measurement tool, quick nut for quick easy installation/removal of the wheel assembly and self calibration weight.

You can get the shipping quote after adding item in cart and filling in your address. We will be glad to send you a shipping quote if it is not available online for some spots.

Pickup at our warehouse (Scarborough, Ontario), or shipping company terminals are available.

Customers are responsible for arranging any delivery appointments with the trucking company.  The truck driver will only deliver to the address on the delivery receipt (the driver has no authorization to change delivery address).  All products must be delivered to a physical address.  Please note that Major Tire Machine does not own or operate the delivery trucks.  Customer can arrange an appointment for delivery.  Please note that the driver will not call you when he is at the location or just before arriving.  His job is to deliver, not to call each customer.  The appointment you make will be the drivers and your guide as to when he will be their.

Automotive Lifts are too heavy and too large for a lift gate to handle. The trucking companies will not deliver your auto lift with a lift gate. The trucking companies will deliver tire changers, tire balancers, wheel balancers, and other garage equipment that is shipped on a standard size pallet with lift gate service at the request of the customer. This cost is not included in the normal shipping quote and may be charged in addition. Customer is responsible for this cost.

The freight companies may charge extra to deliver to these areas. Customer is responsible for all extra charges to these areas. Please refer to our policies page for more information.
