Descriptions:

is a tilt back tower style machine with dual helpers. The tilt back system is the ultimate in efficiency and speed, user simply slides mount/demount head up to wheel rim and presses a button. Air locks both in and out and hex bar up and down travel in one quick step. For the rest of tire replacement user simply presses foot pedal to tilt tower with mount/demount head back and forth between tire replacement and does not need adjustment between the tires you are replacing. The mount/demount head will always line up with the rim exactly where you initially set it.

 Wheel diameters of 14”-26” inside rim clamping and 12-24” outside rim clamping, a full right side bead assist arm with roller wheel and following arm to install the toughest of tires and lifting disc to aid in removal of stiff sidewall tires and to release stuck second bead. Machine is powered via 110 volt 1.5 H.P. motor with maximum torque to change the toughest of tires with ease and compressed air 110-150 psi. Foot air valves are aluminum (not plastic) for long maintenance free life.

Optional clamping adapter can expand this machine into motorcycle, ATVs, Golf cart tire changing machines (9-30").

Included accessories, 1 pry bar, air regulator/oil lubricator, soap brush/bucket, plastic jaw covers for outside clamping of delicate wheels, side plastic protection inserts, bottom flat plastic protection inserts, (for rim contact points of steel M/Demount head).  

Wheel Balancer CB-5575P

Descriptions:

Wheel Balancer CB-5575P is as easy as 1-2 to operate. Simply slide and hold both rulers up to wheel rim for a couple seconds and all wheel measurements are automatically entered, then simply start the measurement cycle by closing the hood. No user input required. Auto measure ensures accurate wheel measurements are taken to use the least amount of weight possible. The wheel balancer CB-5575P features a widescreen LED VGA monitor, laser pointer as well as foot brake to aid in accurate placement of weights and user convenience. Dynamic, Static and 5 standard aluminum weight programs as well as 2 Alum-Special modes which allows user to program into the wheel balancer CB-5575P both inner and outer weight positions using the ruler for quick accurate balancing using stick on weights. Alum-S mode also allows the user to split and hide weights behind the spokes of aluminum wheels (3-10 spoke wheels supported). Balance 10”-28” rim diameters and up to 145-pound combined tire/rim weight. Wheel assemblies can be mounted either cone inside with included spring and plastic bowl or cone from outside wheel rim. Wheel Balancer CB-5575P come with these accessories : wheel weight pliers, a 4-cone car/light truck set including, made in Germany Haweka quick nut for quick easy installation/removal of the wheel assembly and self calibration weight.

Customers are responsible for arranging any delivery appointments with the trucking company.  The truck driver will only deliver to the address on the delivery receipt (the driver has no authorization to change delivery address).  All products must be delivered to a physical address.  Please note that Major Tire Machine does not own or operate the delivery trucks.  Customer can arrange an appointment for delivery.  Please note that the driver will not call you when he is at the location or just before arriving.  His job is to deliver, not to call each customer.  The appointment you make will be the drivers and your guide as to when he will be their.

Automotive Lifts are too heavy and too large for a lift gate to handle. The trucking companies will not deliver your auto lift with a lift gate. The trucking companies will deliver tire changers, tire balancers, wheel balancers, and other garage equipment that is shipped on a standard size pallet with lift gate service at the request of the customer. This cost is not included in the normal shipping quote and may be charged in addition. Customer is responsible for this cost.

The following locations are considered to be limited access areas and may require special equipment or special circumstances for delivery. The freight companies may charge extra to deliver to these areas. Customer is responsible for all extra charges to these areas. Please refer to our policies page for more information.
